The location of the hotel is very convenient, first of all the sights within walking distance (30 minutes walk to the Vatican), and there is a local coffee shop around the corner where you can have a cup of espresso and croissant in the morningĮxcellent staff service, they also helped book a trip to the Vatican The maid cleans the room effectively every day, replenishing tea, coffee capsules and water (carbonated and natural) Large white bathroom with windows and mirrors on the entire wallĪ full kitchen area (near the supermarket) to prepare your own breakfast Stay in room 23, there are many windows and sunlight, if necessary, the relaxation area can be completely isolated from the light Unique ”smart” apartment design, very convenient space planning, simplicity and practicality exceed my expectations
The purpose of this trip is to rest for two days Also, the windows isn’t good at isolating street noise. Meanwhile, the room cleaning is so-so and forgot to refill shampoo/shower gel/fresh tower quite a few times during our stay. It is really ironic who can enjoy express check out, if the hotel doesn’t charge city tax upfront nor charge it to credit card. The staff bluntly replied it is for guests who have cleared all the payment. I suggested the hotel should have hided their express check out box if there is no such option available. True that I haven’t paid city tax but they have swiped my credit card upon check-in or they could have asked me to pay upon check-in either. The staff said I haven’t cleared my payment and tried to charge me full room rate plus city tax even though I have prepaid the room rate to Agoda in full.
When I dropped my room keys in the transparent plastic box placed on the front desk for an express check-out and turned around leaving the hotel, staff shouted at me asking me to wait in line. However, front desk staff was really rude. Really convenient location with only 3-min distance to Roma Termini giving you quick and easy transfer to the airport and elsewhere in Italy by train.
